How do I upload my logo?

Once you have added all items to your bag, you can then upload your logo at cart.

IS MY LOGO SUITABLE FOR EMBROIDERY?

We can embroider most logos apart from portraits/face & extremely detailed designs. 

Embroidery is block colour so we cannot reach the effect of cloud/shadow effect backgrounds on logos. 

Tiny writing can also be extremely difficult to embroider to be visible, so we recommend to remove this or we can make it slightly bigger to ensure design quality.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOUR/S OF MY LOGO?

Yes, for sure! We are able to change your logo to any colour/s you would like, so please specify this in the 'logo colours' section at checkout.

If you would like your logo white on one item but navy on the other, please make this clear at checkout.

Please also be aware that for example, black embroidery won't show up on black items, so just let us know what colour you would like to change your logo to.

what colour threads do you have?

All normal threads come in basically all shades! If you are wanting to colour match your logo, we will do our best to do so!

Our metallic threads come in gold, silver, rose gold/copper & a few other primary colour shades. If you would like metallic gold rather than normal, please specify this at checkout!

can I have my logo elsewhere on the products?

Yes of course! If you would like your logo on the back too, or would like it in the middle of the chest for example, give us a message & we'll be happy to help.

Extra embroidery comes at an extra cost, depending on size, but is completely do-able.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Turnaround times are up to 3 weeks from the date of ordering. 

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or DPD, unless notified otherwise. This is generally a next day service once shipped, however unexpected delays can occur that are out of our control & we cannot take responsibility for.

Due to every item being personalised, we do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds on any order!

Please note: Cancellations before production will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the total order value + an artwork fee of £10.00 + VAT.

Any damaged parcels should be checked in front of the courier’s delivery person and signed for accordingly. Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery.

Studio Branded holds no responsibility for items that may be damaged or lost when the customer has requested goods to be left in specific collection locations by DPD e.g. Behind bin.

Studio Branded reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

Terms & Conditions

In the unlikely event that you receive items which are damaged or defective in any material respect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery of the item(s) in question. You will also be required to provide an image which clearly shows the defected item.

Studio Branded points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of Studio Branded to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.

Please note that colours shown may not exactly match the colours on the actual garments. Also, for exact sizing, please check the sizing guide.

In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors, Studio Branded reserves the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at the sole discretion of Studio Branded.
